this is pretty much how fast the youth string orchestra i attend plays it, i think it's a perfect tempo. the music itself is difficult to play in terms of getting your fingers around some of the fast passages, but once you're there i think it flows quite well :) incredible piece of music, and performed very very well! well done.

Play slowly, don't get caught up in how fast you want to play it. It helped me when we played it.

No offense, but i am playing this in my orchestra and it is way too fast! But, everything else is pretty good for the most, part u have good intonation and u are a little loud, but it is okay.

All of the negative comments must be based on jealousy. Sure the sound quality isn't great, but that's the case with about 50% of what's on you tube. This is a darn good performance, they are in tune and ensemble is great. If you make comments about balance or dynamics from this poor audio then you're just looking for something bad to say.

I agree they sound good but that piece isnt meant to be that fast. I play cello and we did this for our orchestra and i know that the cello solos are supposed to be MP and MF, not FF like it was played. Click thumbs up if you agree with me.

You can't even hear the notes its so fast. and the cello solo starting at 1:36 is terrible. Too fast and too loud it's supposed to be MP!!!

And you would say that after hearing everyone blend together when you are within the orchestra? You would say that after hearing a bad quality recording played back on a low bit/sec rendered video? Honestly no one gives a shit whose better. For all you know this group sounds a lot better than this recording and for all i know your las vegas honors sucks ass. Produce a recording smart one.

Wow i'm hearing all this shit. Who cares. It in fuking C and G major most of the time. Play it again in highschool and it will be funner because you will actually play the stylistic nuances that make this a real English piece (hopefully).

absolutely incredible. my high school orchestra played this song and we didn't even attempt it as fast as you did. The sound quality isn't great, but i didn't detect any glaring mistakes. Most impressive.

Ah. I do apply for the sound quality, this camera wasn't meant for mostly video. Glad you enjoyed their performance, though.
