  • everything about this vid tells me that you're starting out... the tom tuning, Zildjian ZBT, the hesitation on the cymbal accents... not trying to put you down man... you're actually doing a great job... keep at it!... it's just... I got nostalgic that's all... xD

  • nice tattoo

  • Your very good!

  • Dude, you fuckin' rip!! Your triplets are spot on. I see the shitbag comments on here and it amazing how jealousy drives people nuts! If most of the other drummers on here had a tenth of the speed and technique you do, this site would be a lot more useful. Keep teaching others the right way to rip on a kit. I'm gonna keep watching you and practicing your licks.

  • @FecesPeces You make the common mistake of assuming that dislike equals jealousy.

  • lol ur blastbeat sound like a shit

  • dude.....ur a fukin moron thats not a dobule bass triplet.....

  • I like the bit where he uses dynamics

  • your an idiot

  • He's not playing triplets at all, regardless of which drums he's hitting. He's doing sets of 3 sixteenth notes with a sixteenth rest in between. Gallops essentially. Triplets are even, what he's playing is not.

Tiplets =/= 3 notes per beat. Triplets are 3 even notes per beat.

  • those are triplets, but.. video is named "triplets with doublebass" and that name is wrong. not playing.

    Cheers!

  • these are triplets indeed, though many people missunderstood the title and maybe the description thinking the triplet consisted of three notes in the bass drum, not in the full drumset like you did

  • Anyone who thinks this kid is not playing triplets is wrong. He is playing triplets. He is playing three hits per beat. The video he is making is not based on a competition or any kind of challenge that he would play the triplet solely on the bass drum. He is playing his triplets using the whole kit. It's a three note per beat feel. Learn some music before your critique this brother. :)

  • holy fucking shit, tune your set bro.

  • wow.... those are doubles tard??? O.o yes u do actually have to do a triplet with your feet or its not called a triplet its a double with a snare/cymbal hit after.... lol

  • cheater. taking the easy way out.

  • u should not be giving lessons....

  • You don't need a double bass pedal to play that.

  • dude u suck

  • @koolaidmanblue stfu u suck

  • @MrCycalo i would fuckin wreck u on drums kid..btw the two shit videos i got were from the first day i had my drum set. so if ur tlkin about those u can get off my cock kid

  • @koolaidmanblue stfu u suck

  • @MrCycalo yea mmmmkay bud you would know

  • Dude I`m no expert myself on triplets, but you need to practice more and come back in about 2 years before you`ll have an idea....plus dont beat the living shit out of the kit, it aint some set of oil drums that you beat with 2, 2x4`s, ease up. :)

  • @814d937 yes he should practice, learn more technique etc etc. But advice about not beating the shit out of the drums is not right dude. Put everything you have into it. That's how you find your style. Thats how you create the emotion. Try to break a stick in 10 minutes. Put good technique, creativity, and hard hitting together, and you've got yourself a drummer.

  • Well, it is a modification of John Bohnams triplets, but instead of hitting toms/snare twice and bass once, the guy hits bass twice and then snare/whatever once.

  • tht snare sounds lik shit

  • sounds like trips to me

say he were to play 8th notes on the hihat 1+2+...

1 would start the triplet and it would end before the + then the + would start another triplet. he is just simplifing it and playing it really fast

  • if anything that would be off-set doubles.

  • @Fajot1

False. How do you figure. He is playing three notes for each beat. Listen again?

  • There not triplets..

    New video ye?

  • @MetalFanatic600

Please explain how he is not playing triplets when he plays three notes per beat. Hmmmmm?

  • the whole point of a triplet is hitting the bass drum 3 times not twice.

  • those r not triplets....

  • yea but now its not tripletes
