@wishen4fishen2 Well dont mistake me. I am from southeast Tx. I suppose "country" may have been a better term. I just meant those living of the land in a simple means. The work itself not being simple, just the means. To define Redneck would probably cause me to admit to personal flaws, flaws to those that dont agree with Rednecks that is. No different than those that catch fish from the creek or trotline for market. And yeah he is white and doent have a yankee accent. Easy to relate with him.

This is very interesting. I was always under the impression that crabs had to be boiled, cooked, and refrozen IMMEDIATELY after capture. If they were allowed to die on their own, they would start to secret some kind of poison making them inedible!
