  • whats the song when you were thanking people about the japanese bloging or you know around 1:56

  • KKA is really leaving! No...Tell me it ain't so...

Nice Vlog! You are down living in Osaka then?

  • thanks. Kris was helping me out with good advice long before I got here...when I was still in Canada planning my move to Japan. It's too bad she's leaving. oh yeah...I'm in Kobe.

  • Very nicely made vid. How bout that tree boxer huh, well there is already a Rocky so I guess he could be Leafy.. sorry bad joke couldn't help myself. anywhos 5 starz.

  • Thanks a bunch. Im going to that same park for a picnic with my students this morning...I hope he`s still there. i forgot my camera so will snap a few cell phone pics if he is there! hehe

  • Haha, well look at it this way, if Japan ever gets attacked by killer trees and bushes, you know who to turn to. Enjoying the vids as always, look forward to more.

  • Indeed...we`ll all be safe!

  • Hey, it's interesting to me to hear you talk about the "Japanese vlogging community". Who do you suggest I should be watching?

  • Looks like you'll be familiar with many, but some of my favorites are, tokyocooney, gimmeabreakman (I see you know him), ronindave, kansaipj, ericsurf6, kkajapan, gaijinguide, myargonauts, softypapa, geofg, claytonian, shotamerican. Those are a few I watch. There are others of course.

  • Thanks. I will be checking those out.

  • talking about leaving Japan! My dad is leaving Japan and is coming back to Canada after living 30 years in Japan. Honestly I dont want him to come to canada because it will be hard for him to find a job here.

  • Wow...that's intense! I hope everything works out well.

  • Cool....I look forward to seeing them!

  • I saw your vlog under what people are now watching. I'm a new subscriber to you for what its worth. Back in the early ninty's we had a boxer on the different corners but everyday. The light would change and he would cross the intersection 4 square and box the hell out of somebody. So I think this is a universal skill around the world. I don't know who trains them though.

  • Thanks a lot for subscribing! I appreciate you watching my vids! I hope you enjoy them.

  • Great job Kevin, I like seeing your videos. Keep up the 'slices of life' like Punch-Jogger.

That stuff is gold. You demonstrate class too, not making fun of someone, just showing what you see.

  • Thanks. The way I look at it, there`s nothing to make fun of. There`s different people doing interesting things everywhere I turn here. Thanks for the support...I love making vids :)

  • How come you never show your fiance?

  • This Youtube thing is my hobby. She`s not a huge fan of having a camera in her face. Soo...I respect her wishes. She gets a kick out of what i do though:) There are occasional glimpses of her though.

  • why dose that man remind me of fAteal frame?

  • Wow! The wedding was really neat to see (even if it was short clips). Thank you!

Don't walk in front of that guy in the park! Or wear green. He might mistake you for a tree! :P

  • I know...he could probably decapitate someone with those hooks of his! Looks like a tough old guy.

  • The location of the wedding was awesome! Very cool! Did they have a wedding reception party (hiroen-披露宴) afterwards?

I just think that old man was ahead of his time and is bummed he can't participate in the MMA craze of today!

  • There was a reeption afterwards. Lots of amazing food. the couple changed clothes 3 times!!! Great stuff. Yeah...I think the old guy should think about joining K1

  • Amazing Japanese wedding!

And that old man is keeping fit! :D

  • He sure is. i wouldnt want to get him angry at me. I wonder what that poor tree did???

  • I really enjoyed this vid. I've only been to a couple of weddings in Japan and this was different from what I've experienced. It was very interesting.

Gonna miss Kris too. We'll just have to keep her in our hearts.

And the guy at the end... he's just two steps away from 'going postal' someday... watch out!

  • yeah...the wedding was a neat experience.

I hope Kris keeps bloggin! I`ll certainly be a loyal subscriber.

Dont worry PJ, I`ll keep my distance from the guy in the park. He seems to have anger issues!

  • From what I could see, the wedding party all looked very elegant.

When you're filming footage of yourself talking and things, do people ever give you strange looks for doing so? I'm recording my adventures in Canada (I moved here from Australia), and find it somewhat embarassing/funny to do, but I think it's because everyone else speaks English, too.

  • For sure. Especially when I`m seaking to the camera. Sometimes people look at me like I`m a lunatic. But...that`s all part of the fun :)

  • Go Mo...Go Mo I love that cat.

  • Thanks!!

At the moment I have a little Sony Cyber-shot. I have a sweet Handycam with a fried capture chip in Canada. I'm going to have it in a few months though and plan to get it repaired!

  • another great vid, what type of camera do you use?
