In the us version will it still have all the same routes and trains as the uk version or will it just be all american

Instead of the Newcastle - York route you will have the American route.

As in coupling up? Press ctrl+shift+c when next to the wagon. Beware though that the front coupler of the 7F does not work.

most of the vids ive seen for this game have quite jerky frame rates. Is that due to the vid conversion, or do you need really high specs on your PC for this game to run smoothly?

Due to the filming, it reduces frame rates a lot.

Yeah, that should be fine. You may encounter a few bugs in the game but there is a patch in the making to fix them.
