  • As for this video and the advice on it: I disagree. An average cat only needs 2 wet pouches of food per day or two handfuls of dry food. This is the advice I have received from a vet and have been feeding our cats like this. If we kept food available for these cats all the time they would become obese. These advise cannot be applied to just any cat as they are all individuals. some cats can regulate how much to eat, others cant. And some cats cannot have treats at all, unfortunately.

  • thanks!

  • Nice I can tell you love your cats

    KNOWZ

    peace

  • You seem super awesome.

  • how can i make you love me in 5 steps

  • thats a nice bit of pussy

  • Im part of peta!!!!!!

  • That's awesome thanks for the tips

  • looking great on cam :)

  • I gues there is a huge differentce between indoor and outdoor cats. Cause if I leave food around, they'll eat it. All of it. And get really fat. As for toys, they entertain themselves. Treats? I share whatever I'm eating with them. I think that's even better, cause sharing is caring, right? 'Keep them indoor'? How does that make them happier? You should see my male cat after he catches a mouse. He's over the moon.

That said. For an indoor cat owner, that's good advice. Outdoor? Not so much...

  • @Ziorac There are a lot of dangers cats face outdoors and their lifespan is far shorter if they are allowed outside. However, it is really a matter of an opinion. Some pet charities don't adopt cats to families who let them outdoors, others won't adopt to people who don't.

  • You are so jolly and cheerful! Thanks for the tips. ^_^

  • My cat doesnt drink out of her bowl... she only drinks water from the running sink :'(

  • foofy i LOOOVE you

  • My cat plain out hates me, so what should I do?

  • @MustyMarkus1 1. leave her favorite food out, usually make it in premium, give them nice smelling kitty litter that drowns out the scent, makes it pleasent for both the cat and you too. 2. if it likes to play put out lots of toys 3. take it SLOWLY maybe when their eating give them a small stroke on the head for starts, later pet them a bit more, if they try to bite point your finger at them and say no, they understand and stop, if they dont, and try again give them a gentle thump on the nose.

  • That toys part well umm my cats look at a toy and then look at me like im some idiot

  • My cat is odd I shower it in love and tickles but with out fail she hates me help???

  • Oh that birdie toy is so annoying! I don't know why my babies decide to play with it only when I am sleeping. Or trying to sleep at least. :P

  • does cat nip make kittys happy?? lol

  • @sALtLiFE819 re: your question..."does cat-nip" make kitties happy. Well.....it depends on the cat. Some just go plain mental while snorting cat-nip......some fall asleep......also there are different brands. You'll just have to try it out

  • paper ball + squeezing it into a ball = hours of fun for kitty

  • um Hi my kitten loves me so much from the first day and you missed some parts on how to make your kitten or cat love you more

  • i have a 8 week kitten, he lets me stroke him but never lets me hold him, and he doesnt come to me., help me :(

  • @FullOnLaughter I would just suggest showering your kitten with lots and lots of love. Also, keep in mind that all kitties have unique personalities. Some are more in-your-face affectionate than others. Your kitty may be more on the independent side or maybe he just needs some time to let the love in.

  • @sunbundelicious yes he is a very independent kitty, but thanks for the tip, he does come to me and does let me stroke him.

  • This was a nice video =)

  • No It's not a good way. You should only give a limited amount of food to your cat otherwise he'll start have health problems.

And when you cook your cats food you should avoid stuff like salt, spices, onions , garlic and that stuff.

Also make sure they get the vitamins they need to their activity depending on if they have access to the outside or not.

Also don't give anything sugary to your cat their liver is not as good as ours.

  • I have a cat named Spike and he brings me receipts to throw for him, lol.

  • Cats shouldn't be kept in jail (house), imagine yourself having to stay at home 24 hours all your life, pretty depressing. my cat loves to be outside, she's the happiest cat in the world, i love her so much , I want her to be happy= free...

  • @kasyo00 And when she gets hit by a car or disappears one day...then what?

  • @kasyo00 dont you know, cats that usually go outside of home is more likely to get infections, diseases, mate with another cat and u will have lots of kittens, they will be more likely to die because of fox's if they are some in ur area they are in mine also because of cars. cats should mostly out of 100% be 70-80% at home. only 20%-20% of the time they should be outside for some air, so they can feel free etc.

  • adorable. when you brought out the toys, the kitty behind you was watching your every move. <3

    are your kitties vegan too?

  • great video too bad i dun have a kitty! :( :S instead i have a dog!

  • ha this was a cute video.

  • @scoobii124 Thank you! :)

  • Finally!!! I new video!!! : P I wish I had cats, your cats seem so sweet lol. I Just love how their walking back and fourth behind you. Do they kind of follow you to the door when you leave?

  • @kookooacho Thanks for the comment! When my kitties aren't sleeping (which isn't often), a couple of them do follow me around. :)

  • @sunbundelicious lol i love my kitty to follow me around soo cute!!

  • @kookooacho cats can be a real good pet choice. You never have to walk them, rarely need bathing. It's best to get a cat as a kitten......that way it will bond to you as it's mother. I found a small kitten in my bushes outside my condo,,,,,,he meowed his head off for days before I actually went looking.....he was soaking wet and terrified. We took him in, showered him with affection and now he is our loving kitty.....part of the family

  • @inkey2 =] Thats so cool. I recently got two guinea pigs and I honestly believe they're more of a hassle then cats and dogs.... They are some pre-madonnas.
