No, they're hot glued on... however, the glasses probably wouldn't be too hard to get off... and I don't think the clothes are glued on or anything.

@omnidude314 the clothes have velcro (well, i have a rpincess dress and it comes off)
the only thing that stinks is if you get an outfit that has a head accessory, that is glued on to the muppet so you'd have to get stuff that matches the headpiece.
ive heard you can get baby clothes for it
