@kidwilky Sure I can help today. IGN of your char, which char you want me to use, and maybe the time to do so could help, though not necessary I suppose since I could just log on and you whisper.
That's to be expected. Fraps was lowering my fps to~30 which only hinders my performance, not improve it. And I find that when you make mistakes, it's better to for not only you to learn from it, but others as well. Though, with the dfo recorder in game working better than before, I could always re-record it.
Personally, I'd recommend putting it on the Desperado instead of the Viper. As a ranger, you'll need everything that can boost your physical attack.
Spitfires on the other hand, are a hybrid. However, you'll mostly depend on your magic skills. You only have 3 physical skills, excluding the EX's. And of those 3 physical skills, only one of them (Crossmore) is actually percentage. You're better off boosting your magic attack for spits.

In the video, silver was maxed as much as possible for that level and ice was level 5. Though now I'm maxing all of the bullets.
