It's really not a bad remix at all. It started out good with a fresh, chill, well layered sound....but I think it loses some energy toward the end. Maybe you could throw some drops in there dude...

@longboardRAVE I get you man. I did consider a drop but I felt like it'd disrupt the "Flow" of the song. I wanted to keep it at a liquid funk DnB atmosphere. Instead of using a bass-heavy drop for the climax I went for letting the sax's do most of the work from around 3:50 on since those aren't the original sax notes, they're re-arranged quit a bit! I would love to make a darker version of step on my trip with a heavy drop though!
