the king wasn't really evil, but he is idiot for trusting the ministers advice when most of them are corrupt. he should at least try to investigate such serious thing himself. He already know that his minister was unjust from previous complain from citizens! All he do is sit on the palace and eating the ministers words! no wonder people rebel! he doesn't even punish corrupt minister!
@tm2yk Hey i feel the same way. But he's not just an idiot. He himself was evil......remember when Byun Pan Dae Gam was telling the king that the people were gathering "wet" horse dung? People's intention was merely to throw them but the king told Byun to tell the rest of the ministers that the dung was "dry" and that people were making explosives. That way he would "look" like he was doing a right thing and look like as if he had no choice but to attack the citizens to protect the ministers.
i love how in the start of the episode, bong soon is tired-looking while eun chae is super pretty even in commoners clothes.it makes bong soon even more genuine and endearing.bong soon X yong!!
