@GuyWithAChannel As you will see towards the end of the video, there are 2 models. The parts of the tank model dissappear and the "guy" sitting inside starts to appear. Hope this helps.

Nicely done! The modeling looks just fine, if a little bland on the back (probably you had no good reference?), and the animation over all - the concept is good, but it's very...mechanical - not in a good way. :( There's no snappinesss, no feeling of life, or immidiate reactions to it. :(

@NatsumeRyu : Sorry to disappoint you ! I really had no prior exp of making transformers. This was my first attempt ! Basically i tried to match what blur did for the cinematic of the first transformer game ! Hopefully next ones will be more like the movie transformers !! what do you do ?

@hardcorb3 No disappointment! It's a good start!:) I just see room for improvement is all.

I think if you adjust the timing of the actions it will be better. Some things need to be faster or "snappier" as I said. The footsteps slow down too much before contact, so there's no feeling of weight. Maintain the foot's speed until contact and that's fixed. Maybe even add more of a "recoil" as he steps down, showing him putting weight on the foot and balancing as the step is taken. Among other stuff.:)

sorry man no tutorial !! i just hid the brawl character inside the tank and then as the tanks parts dissapperar , the character starts to coume out and stands up .. that the secret !! hope u understood !!
