Well, all I got to say about this right now is the sounds is way off from what the dude is playing. I already know the guy is good. I also know dead guys that were good and nobody ever heard them too, of course.

On the other hand I'd hafta be a fool that people don't deserve everyone doesn't get what they deserve eventually.

I did notice he does wear a cross around his neck, too.

Wow! So out of sync, it's hard to wath and listen to at the same time. You can either watch the screen and see how he plays these leads without moving his hands, or you can close your eyes and listen to it. But not both.

I just heard about this guy last night from a friend. He is one amazing guitarist! He can do it all Blues,Country,Jazz ect...You should check out Joe Bonamassa too. He is a great blues guitarist! Also John Mayer is another great blues guitarist.

Reminds me a lot of Frank Marino. Great playing style, very versatile, very clean, very sharp. PRS was definately the company for him. He probably lists EVH, Frank Marino, and maybe Frank Zappa or Eric Clapton as his top 3 influences. Either way he is great, and I cannot wait to see what more he does.

Incredible blues session! I met Johnny Hiland in Seaford, DE when he was doing his PRS tour showing off his new guitar. He has got to be the most down to earth guy I think I have ever met. He talked with my friends and I for about 30 minutes after the show like it was nothing. Hats off to you Johnny!

I got see Johnny play and meet him for the first time last night at Rick's music in Raynham Mass.I was blown away! what a great musician this young man is just super talented and as down to earth and good human being, Johnny just made us loose our minds for few minutes watching his jaw dropping talent and the many different styles he can play. We must support great musicians like Johnny so they can keep doing what they do and get the limelight and respect they so richly deserve.

I'll take Johnny and BB King as great musicians in their own skin. Many people have "cosmetic" flaws and health issues of one kind or another. Some just choose to be who and what they are. But as BB King validates, you can be a large man and still "blues" the WORLD (@80 plus years)!
