Dude, you can get game from Steam Store Gifted purchased for you for free. There are companies online that will actually buy any game from steam store that you request just for signing up to their site. I've been using one site for the last 2 months and received Mafia 2, Mass Effect 2 as well as a few others - i have pictures of all the gifts being received in my video.

There's also a dedicated forum of over 3000 steam users who also use the site, so you can ask them too.
