Happens everyday and guess what our minister reported in Parliment last week? Said that abuse of Indonesian maids is just a small percentage. Very little. Why? Because the reports been made is also very little. Huh? What about unreported cases? Oh well... posting comments on Youtube isn't going to change anything. This is what you can do. IF you know anyone who has a maid at home or at work and you think they are not being treated fairly... HUMANELY. Create the awareness. Report serious cases.
Not something new.....Malaysia has one of the worst human rights in the world.....My question is....if we implement minimum wage....how many people will be able to hire maids? hahaha
we is among those countries which paid the lowest salaries in the world, even on exec level... hokkien said "ai pi, ai chi, go ai tua e ni", which mean the employer want cheap, juicy and hardwork...
