I have this and I think it's great. The only issue I have with this version is the loading, everything else looks, runs, and plays great.

Yup, burn it with nero. Thats the only program i can vouch for.

If you have Dreamcast keyboard and mouse, then you have the same fun. The game is surprisingly playable with the controller once you get used to it.

What save problem? I beat the whole game and didn't notice any save problems.
