Masashi Kishimoto, the mangaka who draws Naruto, has stated that though the setting of Naruto is a "ninja world", so to say, the themes of the series are "demon magic" related, rather than "ninja" related. (This is a VERY obvious fact if you take a sec and think about it a little.) So you should really vent out your frustration at people who misinterpretate Naruto as a manga about ninjas, instead. @Skiplet I would assume because some of the ultras have some moves that remind people of Naruto, like C.Viper's new ultra has a kick that looks like Might Guy's Dynamic Entry, or Ibuki has a move that looks like TenTen's weapon attacks, (that or it's cause she is a ninja lol) or Guy (SF) has a move Like Lee's Hidden Lotus, that type of thing. Some of these ultra do have an anime feel so it is to be expected though.
