Ye. Dedicate as in Free time = Pk time. I spent 2 hours a Day to train unless iits Wed ect I just cba then :P and I do Jams Smalls ones with my mates. I also do Diving.
Never used a GYM Im 2 years in and i feelin fine ^^
I really liked the one handed flips...and the awesome group of tracers willing to help out with the video, must of been really exciting to see those guys run around.
