  • Learned how to do this years ago in highschool. But forgot how to close it. Great video.

  • Great tutorial! Been looking for one like this. Going to get the materials soon to make on like this (:

  • On the bracelet I made the adjustable part unravels. Do you have any tips on stopping it from unraveling. Thx.

  • @sshannon46 Try putting a little glue at the site where you will be trimming it. I recommend GS Hypo Cement as it has a tiny applicator tip and it's a clear, flexible, cement glue.

  • Great tutorial. Thanks a bunch!

  • I can't hardly wait for all my stuffs to arrive. Got ton of projects on your wonderful web site to explore.

Who needs therapy. Ornamentea is so good therapeutic

  • Yes!!!! I did it right the very first time. Soooo

    Cool. Thanks you for posting

  • @wonton71 Hooray!!

  • I recently learned how to macrame and while making a bracelet, it began to spiral & I couldn't understand why .... thanks to this excellent video - problem solved! Thank You for the easy to understand lesson - great video (definate thumbs up!) - and your great presentation skills. I hope you will continue to make other related videos (maybe how to macrame a purse or coin purse). Thanks again - take care.

  • thanks for making this! do you know by chance what thickness your leatther is? is it 1 mm?

  • @spillcanvasgirl21 There is a full supply list in the video description. I used .5 mm leather, but 1mm would work as long as it can fit twice through the beads you are using.

  • Hey, Tracey!

I've known how to macrame for a LONG time since I took a class with my mom when I was little. BUT... thanks for droppin' some knowledge about how to end this baby! LOVE the easy slide part that I didn't know how to do! ;)

  • Hooray! I'm glad it's helpful! I teach a macrame class at our shop too and it can be tricky getting people starting on the stitch.

  • Hi tracey

This is the best tut of how to make these bracelets that I have seen.

I have been practicing for awhile now.
