Incredible work. Obviously, the first one (given all the influences you mentioned) speaks from the heart, but that's not to say this isn't artistic either. Don't worry about mistakes and imperfections Melina. Some of the best art comes from them. Many artists who have made a mistake in their work, have instead of hiding it. They go with it to make it look like that's what they wanted to do in the first place and sometimes it brings them to a new direction they never thought of. Jimmy Hendrix was known to play a wrong note on stage. Instead of hiding it. He went with it and played and bent that note till it was part of the song.
