But isn't it funny how so many radio stations play groups like this on fri nights. Or all 80's weekends which feature many groups as The H.L.

even though this song was short-lived, it did make it into the top 40 songs back in 1990. The synthpop, techno, new wave sound was dying out around '85/'86 and the shift was more towards hair metal, power ballads, and old school rap. Debbie Gibson, Tiffany, New Kids on the Block, Poison, Warrant, Mc Hammer dominated the pop charts of the late 80s into the early 90s (prior to 1991 grunge explosion)

A great song from the League. In 1990 they had fallen out of fashion but were still making great music because they believed in what they were doing. This is a great pop song and should have been a hit. They will be remembered in years to come as one of the most talented bands of their era. Soundtrack to a Generation from the same year is also an excellent track. An iconic band.
