The people who are in beta CAN"T post one because they have declared not to say anything about LEGO Universe to other people. If the LEGO Universe team found out, they will delete their beta account.

There will be building in the game, and you can put models in your property, and make them do things that you want. This is explained in some of the gameplay videos on GameTrailers(dot)com
