    Yes I do and it almost always at the end of a workout.

    I perform high rep sets in some of the videos, just go to my youtube site and look.

    It is my garage gym and it is a work in progress. You can't see all the equipment on the videos only where the rack is.

    So there IS more!

    Not sure about Kaz on my back, but if I had a trainiong partner I would do some and add some 45 lb weights!

    Pushups are great!

    Using the handles is even better, becuase you can change the angle on each rep and exhaust the muscles even harder.

    Try some pushups with rotating handles, it is very fun!

  • It also makes a good warm up for benching.You looked good for double that.Those handles also make it easier on the wrist.

    I enjoyed using push handles, especially since I can rotate the angle in mid press or between reps and work the muscles more thoroughly! Very tough and fun!

    I will do more reps next time, but watch the hand movements I do to work the muscles harder.
