@barneysucks100 unfortunately, NHFS rules of the game asks us referees not get involved while several players are engaged and gets help from his assistants or security. He did exactly what referees are supposed to do in High school rules. If this were a USSF game, he probably would have tried to immediately diffuse the situation and would have been more physical in restraining the players

If anyone really watches the video couple of times, just before the white kid graps the guy, the black kid actually did punch first - Pause it around 0:14 and you can clearly see his right hand going up towards the white guy's face. He threw the first punch and he end up getting his ass kicked. The father wants to press charges (don't know if happened or not) because of couple of reasons (race being one, likely) and likely as well because his own son got owned.
