And I don't like when someone names his video tutorial when it's just a presentation how an exercise looks. It makes it harder to find actually good tutorials. Other than that I wish you quick recovery.

Upper body, mainly shoulders, core etc abbs and lower back. all of this can not be done by heavy weights, recommend using light weights & heaps of reps, or just pure body weight.
Chuck Norris can do this...and he doesnt even need a pole.

about 30% of your maximum weight that you can lift once. thats the weight you should aim for high reps

@gabedx34 Try and stay with 22 pounds with high reps, and gradually work up. but no more than 44.
using your own body weight is the key :D

pull ups,
pretty much anything for more
upper body strength.
also work ya core (abs).
