Sweetbread is the culinary term for various out-of-the-ordinary meat product made from a gland, thymus (aka, throat or gullet) or pancreas/stomach from a calf or lamb. The bread term comes from brede, which means roasted meat. In short, it has nothing to do with bread, but rather the meats that Rob & Amber refused to eat on The Amazing Race.

I felt bad for Dick because he wasn't being racist at all. But I understand why Jameka was upset. She's basically just saying if you're the only minority, people everywhere excpect you to represent that race in a certain way. What peolpe don't understand is that...the color of your skin has nothing to do with the way you act. Anyway I'm just now watching this season of Big Brother and I love it!!
