Lana talking expostionary material is LUDICROUS.....not to mention she doesn't pull it off convincingly. I'm sorry but Lana still being able to tap into the Luthors is just plain stupid especially after all that has happened.

If this is the only scene between Clark and Lana, then it's actually a good thing because the last three episodes focused on Clana and we need to break away from that to service other characters. Now, it seems that Lana may be treading into Chloe's role and this could be a problem.
