Philadelphia pigs are bribed by the drug dealers to look the other way. That is the reason why crime is a major issue in Philadelphia, although politicians will never admit it. The cops had no problem robbing and torturing me and then falsely arresting me to cover it up, but they do have a problem actually doing the job which they are paid to do. I am hardly the Philly pigs' only victim. One of the arresting pigs bragged to me that he "held the record" for receiving the most IAD complaints.

Look, I am a 20 minute drive from philly, and hate it when ever I have to go there.

The amount of business and industry that was located in Philadelphia made this city very attractive for the hundreds of thousands that flocked here after the turn of the century. Some cities never even had the street traffic that New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Boston and Detroit had at this time after the turn of the century, the East coast cities were meccas of industry and finance, today things have slowed down, however, people are coming back to the citie's !

I have read articles about the urban decline in America, and some use Philadelphia as a good example, why? You need to go back over a hundred years ago, no city in America expanded so quickly in a thirty year period of time after the civil war than Philadelphia, Yes, Philadelphia had an established, prosporous down town business and financial district by the 1880's like most Big American cities, and the manufacturing base was enormous, North Philadelphia was 'The Workshop of the world"

I have been to other cities like Chicago, San Francisco, New York and Boston. I see things that could be better in Philadelphia, the crime rate has risen over the last twenty years or more, combine that with the fact that the city did very little to rehabilitate the inner city after the demise of industry in central North Philly. Instead they decided to just level entire neighborhoods and rebuild them with new housing thus creating a new residential scape.

Tell me about it. I live right by there and when people need directions to my apt, I send them down the Broad St exit instead for the 291 so they see the stadiums and Packer Park first instead of the junkyard.
