@levelninetroll No, it is a third-party modification of the game. You just have to download it from the link in the description bar and put it into the right directory and tick it in the games launcher like any of the dlcs. There are some great tutorials out there for Fallout 3 modding.

there is no point in plaing fallout winought bullet time mode, i sugest who does not have it, get it, it makes the gameplay so much more ... vats kinda sucks anyway :))

I used GECK to mod the hunting rifle.I scoped it.It's now much more effective!I also scoped and silenced Xuanlong's assault rifle.Since it was a unique weapon,I made it even more unique.

@HaloCool97 I have done the same thing with them. Only I used "Weapon Mod Kits". This is a mod that allows me to screw on and take off a silencer, a scope, autp-fire, bigger mag and a laser pointer to about every vanilla weapon in-game.

@MuzicFreak1995 It depends on the weapon. 10mm Pistol works pretty good, except with Extended Magazine, while Assault Rifle and Chinese Assault Rifle do not work properly without a scope attached. With scope, every weapon works, because you do not rely on the model of the gun when scoping in. It is really trial and error. Some weapons work, others don't. Some weapons work with some attachments and with others not. I use it mostly for Sniper Rifles or other scoped weapons.

@MuzicFreak1995 Problem is: When a weapon does not work with Ironsights and WMK you can't use it properly at all, because when you do, it zooms in like without Ironsights, but if you shoot, the weapon is in the middle of your screen like using the Ironsight and zooms back out. Nothing bad, just looks ugly as hell.
