hey Vic i just brought yr dvd, book and audio. I have been training for 5 years and have gained 30lbs of muscle ( i was very very skinny) now at 188 lbs and 13% BF been at this level for last 2 years. Just done yr chest/tri workout and im pumped. I can really feel the muscle isolated and working. Starts buring after just a few reps. It also suits (lower weight) as i'm recovering from injury with a weak scapula.

hey vic quick question. i think my chest is way to big in proportion to my body so i was wondering if there was a good way to make my chest just a little smaller without losing strength. would there be bad side effects?
my chest is uneven. my left is a little bigger than right side.. CAN ANYONE PLEAS HELP ME ..? does anyone know an exercise that will help me get an even chest..
I had the same problem, vic explains it in this video, you are rounding your shoulders and missing your chest.Watch this video carefully, or better yet buy the video like I did.This is my second month and my chest is evening out

Does anybody know of an isolated chest exercise so as to be able to train your left and right chest muscle separately? Because I've been struggling with normal chest exercises that train the two muscles at the same time. Does not seem to work for me, but perhaps someone knows of an individual exercise?
i do dumbbell presses, but i need to stress that working out both sides equally is key (for any muscle group) even if you may think one side is lagging behind the other. Its natural for one side to be stronger than the other

the first person advises you to keep the rod
between ur neck and nipples and if u observe the second person his doin it wrong
