  • Quick question, how does a woman do the laying down twist? It looked liked a good stretch and when I tried it hurt my...chest. I'm not endowed much, B/ small C, but it hurt none the less.

    Thanks for these videos. It's refreshing to have stretching videos on YT that aren't tainted with off the mark comments. I can actually show this to my 7 yo niece without worry about her scrolling down.

  • @LeakFreak Try doing the stretch on a mat or softer surface - you do get used to it after doing it awhile. We screen all comments with our parents and don't post ones that are inappropriate, spam, vulgar or swearing. Others should use the 'only approved comments' feature too.

  • Ok so every time I do like a pike stretch or stand up and bend down to strech my legs I get the worst pain in my upper back. Mostlly when my head goes down. Will the one where your pulling ur neck down help me? Because the problem with my neck is seriously affecting my gymnastics. Also I haven't done gymnastics in three years and I've just recently started again. I don't know if that's important.

  • @notreally19 You should stretch your neck like you stretch the rest of your body, but if you have a lot of pain - you should see your doctor

  • When I do the upper back and neck stretch I feel an excruciating pain in my chest.

  • Oh I forgot I have a question:)

    When I do a backbend, why do my legs feel exhausted, and weak? I can't even do a backbend anymore without stopping. I feel weak in my legs, and sometimes it hurts. Is it because iv been over stretching?? I also feel shakey after stretching... Why?

  • @psychojoker131 Make sure you are warmed up before you start doing the backbends. If you feel sore or shakey, you might be doing too much too fast. All these things come over time - not overnight. You can't force your body to be flexible by pushing it - so just be consistant & give it some time.

    Iv been over stretching alot lately because I wanna get flexible... I over stretched and took some pain a while ago... And, got my splits! Left and right leg. I was trying a scorpion now and I got sharp side pains, so this will help hopefully! Thx!

  • Everyone can do the stretches - how far down or over you can go will depend on your flexibility. You should feel the stretch, but it should never be painful. Ease up if it starts to hurt.
