Going up the slide thingy on D/P doesn't register as steps, so that whole idea is pointless.

at the iron works there is a section where you can do the same thing, with the panel send you back and with down held. This does register steps and is great for leveling guys in the daycare.

Sounds good in theory, but the muddy slopes don't register as steps in D/P as far as I know, so eggs won't hatch.
