And, the UT students in the library are going to be scarred for life thanks to the incompetence. It's best to take online courses. UT Austin culture is way too volatile these days and there is a history of bad behaviors from there, too.

I attended UT Austin a few years back and I was harassed by their mental health counselors and the professors. I wouldn't be surprised if this mentally ill person was targeted for bullying and harassing. If so, the university is to blame for this disaster. And, how can you trust Bill Powers Jr. he used to work on Enron's board of directors? Yucky people if you ask me....
