@dojo369 He mainly uses C, Bb, Ab, G, and F. Chords are paired up like this: (Most often), C-G, Bb-F, Ab-Eb, G-D.

@dwagothegod well, thats the thing about improvising, as long as you keep the melody, you can do whatever you want, anyone who has played the game and heard this(without seeing the title) would be able to tell it was frogs theme right away. As long as thats possible the song is the same song, just played in a different style. =) somehow it holds the epicness of frogs theme, with a calm flow, now how that's done? I'd like to know :P

How do you (or anyone for that matter) not hit the wrong key when having to play real fast like at the beginning of this? That's all I ever do when playing my keyboard. And I can't seem to use 2 hands for nothing.

For that beginning riff my hand doesn't have to move so I can lock it into position. When you do need to, the correct fingering helps a ton (which I didn't switch to until earlier this year).

But the most important thing is lots and lots of practice!

Glad to see you post a VG tune - I was waiting to see what you'd pick, and I'm elated that it was Chrono Trigger. What I love about Mitsuda (and Uematsu, for that matter) is how he writes in the natural minor, and you get a lot of mileage out of that harmonic space. Well done.
