Antique Knights of Columbus masonic sword

okay the i have one Just like that one but.i have documents on it saying it was given to my Great Great Grandfather on October 6 at 1:30 pm 1891,book 48 page 162.the document also says that Benjamin Harrison personal gave it to him with his name on it.

I have one of these exact swords. It is a KC sword, says right on the blade.

What a great Knights of Columbus Masonic Sword! I think I will hop into my Ford Chevy and drive down to Alaska Texas with a pocket full of ruble dollars and buy it.

Seriously: how hard is it to tell the difference between a Knights of Columbus sword and all the other ones out there? If it doesn't have the bust of Columbus or an Eagle on the pommel, it's not a KC sword.

Knights of Columbus "Masonic Sword"? Sorry folks, but there's no such thing! Our swords have an image of Columbus on the handle. Our Honored Order has nothing to do with the Masons, and I request that you cease to refer to any of our regalia as "Masonic", Somehow, I don't think Supreme Knight Carl Anderson would approve.

This is not a K of C sword. I am a 4th degree member so I know for sure this is not. This jack ass has it all wrong! If you look at the sword it has Masonic features with Templar signas. Get it right before you post and look an idiot. Vivat Jesus!

The masons are, by their philosophy of mans reasoning above revealed Truth, at odds with Catholic and very much with the Knights of Columbus. Every Pope has continued the Papal Bull declaring the masons to be heredical to The Faith. If you are a mason you are not in union with the Holy See regardless what object you may strike with emblems and jewels.

that is most certaintly not a K of C sword. The K of C sword has Christopher Columbus's head on the top and the 4th degree emblem is not present on this piece (as far as I can tell)
