You chose to load this up knowing it was other artists performing, if you are likely to be disappointed it isn't like the original, then you're only bringing the let down on yourself. Why she was doing lead rather than Dr. Vai is beyond me to START with... Then to cut volume ON Steve when he's doing the lead at the end? No. This does not work for me.

Barker's drums were amazing (although I'm loath to say that).

Bass was "meh," at best.

just out of curiosity, how could anyone critsize the original version. This is merely a pale imitation of the original, done by someone who usually sings unimaginative mass produced pap. Listen to the singers of the 60's, & 70's & 80's. They sang like the devil was chasing them. Only a couple of current singers still belt them out, Brian Johnson being a good example. Mary J. Blige, is doing a poor copy.
