    camera needs to focus on food more. The lack of focus on the food, makes it difficult to follow how to make it.

  • nice narrative, thank you! I have also made "sushi rice" out of cauliflower and a dash of mirin, rice wine vinegar, mixed in a food processor.

  • If you don't like parsnip rice you can use dried unsweetened coconut add a little bit of vinegar to make it taste like sushi rice. I bowled the coconut :( but it was a great starch free sushi. mmmmm :)
