I am from Swansea and did many a reccee through the locations used in the film, all of which are still standing. I got the interest from my Father who actually watched the filming of "Only Two Can Play" in 1961. Any questions ?
The exterior of the library is actually the Art gallery. The library was opposite but apparently the stuffy Swansea Chief Librarian wouldn't allow the film comany to film the exterior of the building.
I can't be the only person very attracted to Peter Sellers in this film. ;)
