Was looking for this song for quite a while. I first heard it back in late at night in 84 on Kiss FM when Red Alert or The Latin Rascals were mixing it. Such a great song.

I agree with the people here saying that these were the days of real hip hop. I just cant relate to most of the new stuff out there. Maybe i am just old though.

There was no one greater at this than Doug E. Fresh!!! I grew up listening 2 these old school joints, no disrespect to the new cats out today, but beatboxing may seem played out to alot of people but it's an art form that has been forgoten by most. Most of all, this dude's a pioneer in hip hop music. BIG UP!!!!

Damn. This takes me waaaaay back during the break dancing days before crack exploded on to the streets. Every Saturday night in NYC I listened to DJ Red Alert on 97 Kiss FM. I don't listen to rap anymore but I used to love them old skoolers. Doug, thanks for the memories. Great upload, man.
