I'm18years old and smoked for 3 years. and strongly adicted. I've tried to quit before (longest 8months but I still smoke now) could anyone give me some good suggestion of quitting?
I'm only 168 cm because I smoked in my teen years and I need to quit but I get so outragiously stressed and eat enormous amounts of meals because of the stress ..I tried smoking cannabis instead of tobaco but then I would get too high and forget that I've quit smoking and smoke a cigarette.. nothing works for me..
Hey, I don't want to sound like I am some kind of promoter for pharmaceutical companies because I am not; but I've you tried to quit by sheer will power and failed I heard Chantix is good. A friend of mine quit smoking with that. Just thought I might suggest something. . . good luck!
@lemejia13 Chantix caused my dad to have seizures and mini-strokes and a few other people as well have experienced this. I would tell your friend to get checked out and if he's experiencing side-effects like that, maybe he can help sue the company and get some money.
