personally I think timbaland's production makes this song HOT...Shakira is very talented and contributes to it very well because her vocals and swag are both exotic and it compliments the exotic instrumental. lil wayne's part is obviously only there to attract the urban audience...the song could have done fine without him. great song though...sounds like its about the Laws of Attraction...
