@ThatKrookedVulture That guy is Doc Samson who at one point absorbed some of the Hulk's Gamma Radiation (hence the green hair). He nowhere near as strong as the Hulk, as you saw here, he got his butt handed to him, but is still strong enough to slow Hulk down.

There was also Blackout, which Ghost Rider fought a lot back then, but the Dan Ketch version did that. Which version of Ghost Rider are you reffering to? Nevertheless, I think they still should have showed Ghost Rider. There's plenty of enemies he could have fought. Zarathos, Lilith, Deathwatch, Scarecrow, Centurious, ect.
