@silvermediastudio: I've just listened to the entire interview, and there's no point at which I say that the Mason-Dixon line is not between Maryland and Pennsylvania. I make a quick leap in this interview which you were unable to follow. I talk about gospel coming on the radio the moment you cross the Mason-Dixon line--meaning the moment you enter the South--and then I jump to another experience in which I'm driving South out of Memphis into Mississippi and hear a song condemning Satan...
Adam is great as always ;-) But what I was shocked about that "weather girl" whoe runs the show ;-) I'm pritty shure that she will never understand the meaning word of feefligs, deep, sadd, depressed... When the good man is feeling bad, that what the BLUES is all about...
You guys are champion Blues Musicians. I plan on buying your book now thanks to your plug in this clip. Street Music aka Busking is one of the purest forms of performance.
Hearing your interview I know Nat Riddles myself, I met him through Kenny the cab driver
my name is Kevin Pratt and I used to hang out with Sonny Terry but Nat is a great guy. I am one of those harp players playing over 25 years that doesn't know how to "Tongue Block" so I am following your lessons very carefully. Great Blues Man and thanks for the lessons on tongue blocking now I have to practive my butt off to get it down.
This is great........It's funny how I hear familiar licks from the newer videos from these "retro" vid posts. This is like another "porch" blues lesson.....Great stuff from both Charlie and Adam.
Great stuff Adam! I remember first seeing you guys in Rattle and Hum movie in the 80's and thinking, "those guys are something special. Lets see and hear more of them!"
I'm not sure what you mean. Have you checked the "shows" part of my channel? I'm playing three gigs with him in June--including the release party for my new book in New York. Most musicians have several gigs; I'm no exception.
Very cool interview. Only thing, Mason Dixon line is between Maryland and Pennsylvania.. haha.. somebody was a little nervous?

@KudzuRunner....My mind just moves too quick for you, old timer. :) I wasn't nervous at all. I was fast.
I've crossed the Mason-Dixon line two dozen times, always on I-81. I know where it is. It's a good place to buy a reclaimed car at Mason-Dixon Motors.
