how do you make the gun switch from semi to full auto?And how do you make the gun so stable? When at home I try to build a semi auto gun or full auto with a gear with maybe 15-30 teeth it ends up shooting in a burst, like a single shot shotgun.

I made something else, but it works with an electric motor, and the gun has a MUCH longer barrel. So it shoots much harder.

Try to make yours longer too, so it'll shoot VERY nice !

okay the bar that spins is attached to the shooting gear okay. the spinning bar on semi auto has 2 bars. one that releases it and one that stops it from spinning to much. full auto only has one bar which releases the bar letting the bands go until you release the trigger

You should attach rubber bands to a large gear, and connect it to a small gear. Then you should add some spinning stuff to small gear. So the spin will make it work slower.

they slow down the firing rate. you can see clearly that those pieces are going in between two pegs. since many geared guns spin to fast he added those decreasing the rate its spinning at.
