Priceline - More Ways to Save on Airfare

Priceline ripped me off. They have poor customer service. You have to email them to get the 800 number to a live rep... the reps are in some call center somewhere around the world. And every time you have to go through 2 of them. And the end result is no help. They say they apologize, but it is scripted and insincere. If you value your time and money, you won't use Priceline. I won't be using them anymore. See my video "Priceline Fiasco".
