nice... i have one just like yours . flies along with a 25 yammie .very stable even with two fat guys sitting on one side . where did you mount your transducer for the fish finder ? i noticed there's two square patches it the stern and was thinking of mounting mine there but not sure ...
25hp sounds good! i mounted the transducer just inside the spray rail, on the port side, then ran the cable accross, up and then forward through the seat. It needs to be out of the way of the prop, but also clear of wake from spray rails.
I used a piece of plastic chopping board and screwed the transducer to the board, before glueing the board to the hull - no new screw holes in the boat...
