@0megaJ0ker while in neighborhood mode, switch the screen resolution to 800*600 angle it so u see the house in the top right coronor of ur screen and u should be able to just get to it. (i recommend putting it in the house bin)
Actually... the town was named after Bella, the one in Pleasantview that went missing. If you closely look at the statue in Belladonna Cove, it looks very similar to Bella, along with her tube top and skirt. Very much like Bella. Of course, it is also a plant in which Witches use in their rituals.

when you install the 'Apartment Life Expansion Pack', there is a new town that comes with it called Belladonna Cove. when you enter it, press the 'Tab' Key and move the mouse around to control the camera, and do the same as i did.

i hate apartment life my friend gave it to me to downloade but i had to give it back so she could play so i put in freetime and clicked on feetime and i wouldnt let me so i deleted A L and then it worked after but then i went to go play it and when i did ALL of my costume stuff was deleted and aALL of the famileies i made were deleted WTF RIGHT OMFG
Thats because apartment life is newer so u must click apartment life to play.ur files didn't get deleted.Its just that when u install apartment life, it changes ur save file to apartment life compatible and so you can't continue ur saves can't be used without apartment life.
go into your sims 2 folder and see if the saves are still there if they are then you just need that copy of apartment life to see if you can play then install mansion and garden stuff. i got mansion and garden stuff before apartment life and mansin and garden is still my play disc so it should work like that

im thinking about posting a video about that.
but i like to help people so i'll tell you.
turn the camera so that the top left corner of your screen is pointing towards the hut.
then move the camera towards the hut until you can successfully put your cursor over the very edge of the lot and click!
quick tip:
the terrain on a lot is darker than the default terrain colour so you can tell if you can select the lot by the darker spot showing up in the corner.
