Energy was the soundtrack of my time in Phoenix from 2002 to 2006. I can see myself puling into Filliberto's drive thru window at 2am with 92.7 pumping in the car. Three rolled shredded beef taquitos with guacamole and cheese. Thanks for posting this!

They probably died because for every good song they played, there were 20 shitty ones. But it was still better than the Hot 97.5 station that replaced it. I mean, did we really need a FOURTH Top 40 station in Phoenix?

the guy who owned the 5 stations in america went bankrupt and could not keep them.... i bawled my eyes out everyday that week when they said it was over, it was my only solace and friend on my hour rides back and forth to ASU from CASA GRANDE everyday.... i seriously didnt know what i was going to do. i made it obviously. lol i still miss the heck out of it!!!!!!!
