It's time to bring 4449 and 2472 back together to run on this route for a doubleheader just like in the 1940's and 1950's.

Its good to see her hit her 70 mph, over in Niles Canyon she can only hit 25-30.

I sure miss the days when the world was still right; when railroads let museums have at it on their mainlines and did'nt worry about insurance company's

@HUTCHtopher - This world we live in is so backwards and litigious it isn't even funny. When the 4449, the world's most famous steam locomotive can't run on her home turf (the coast line) because the company that bought it says it can't because the locomotive isn't theirs, you know something's terribly wrong.

@deloreanman14 Your absolutely right Something is terribly wrong. I dont know for sure how this started in the first place but whatever it is its definately not what I call like freedom in the United States. I dont know if was the eather the Union Pacific or a new coastlline comuter raillink company but thats what i'd want to find out

@HUTCHtopher I do too we'll find some way to bring this back in the future ifmwe can fight agaist these rules or laws and have the museums run there steam and other vintage locomotives out on the mainline again
