  • your cameras not working it is making a noise

  • I know it works in some parts of South America like Brazil & Argentina.

  • good song

    what is it called??

  • It is compatible with the psp 3000 ????? please answer

  • Do you lived in Japan?

  • @jason24568 not now

  • Psp fake region ftw?

  • does it works in america?

  • does not

  • it works in south america

  • is that hikki start from 0:38??

  • It works in Korea too.

  • F*CK. I used to live in korea 4 months ago!!!

  • get cfw on your psp and put fake region on it like i did

  • man, only if we had an american version of the 1 seg here. it would be awesome

  • I'm wondering if we get the digital broadcast here in north america in februrary. if by then these 1 segs can work here. japan always gets the cool stuff.

  • You won't, it's a different kind of signal.

  • FUCK;Japanese ARE SO DAM LUCKY

  • The 1seg signal is poor unless you are inside and not moving more then 12 MPH which kind of defeats the purpose which was for mobile phones and devices on the move. Europe and America are not really missing out.

  • if i buy this online and if i get it, will all the channels be from japan? and will they be in japanese too?

  • Yes you will get all the channels; in Japanese as well. Because all the other 374389 messages and the description saying it works only in Japan mean nothing.

  • ummm......lol....bt jst askin,u bein sarcastic or for reals.......??n oh r u frm Japan??

  • being sarcastic of course. the description says it works only in Japan. 347389893489732 other comments asked if it works elsewhere to which all have been replied, and retards keep asking.

  • lol.....okie dokie....

  • This will never be out in the US our HD transmission TV coming in 2009 is still a UHV/VHF Frequency just its a digital signal not an analog one anymore. This is to pick up TV in countries that use the 1-Seg system that is free broadcast TV from Satellite not from transmission towers like ours is.

  • They need to make a HD Tv receiver for north America after everything goes digital so you can pick up broadcast HD signals.

  • That won't happen, the PSP has not enough CPU power to process HD video signal.

  • Yes it does if it does for broadcast HD. If done the same way it does for people with the Analog to Digital Converters. The analog converters are $50 bucks do you really think they use a better micocontroler in them than the PSP. A HD signal also anyway wouldn't need as much because most of the stuff is done in the tuner before the PSP processes it. Just like 1-seg tuner does now.

  • you will be able to use that any way in 2009 its still a digital receiver

  • No its a satellite receiver satellite frequency's are a lot higher than RF Transmission. Our broadcast HDTV in the US does not use satellite its uses the same system as our old SD TV did just a different signal.

  • They are still UHF/VHF frequency's

  • will it work in the us? i have custom firmware and can change my region to japan, but will i only pick up japanese TV?

  • it will not work, you guys don't have seg1 satellite tv signal in the US

  • i got the tv tuner i live in the usa so if i was to get a janpanse psp will it work cause the seller i got it off ebay she said it works cause her husband got one and it works so i just wanted to know if that was true

  • They are lying, it will NOT work in the US because there is no 1seg signal there.

  • Why does Sony ONLY SELL this in Japan? Why don´t they build one for our Signal in EUROPE? WHY?! WHY?!?! WHY?!?! GOD DAMN IT!!! I want ONE RIGHT NOW and IT SHALL WORK RIGHT NOW!!! Damn IT!!! No seriousely even if it would be available here i would have to buy a PSP 3004 or at elast a 2004 because currently i have a classic/1004 (some bitches call it FAT)

  • Because Europe does not have a 1seg satellite signal. It's really Europe's (and US etc) fault, not Japan. This signal is also used for (free) TV in their cellphones.

  • Ok Europe has no 1seg signal but SONY the BIG BIG BIG Sony can build a psp tv-tuner like this one for our signal standard or can´t they? Are they TO STUPID or what? Fuck man these are the things that make me wanna BASH the FACE of SONYs BOSS!!!

  • There isn't a "standard satellite tv signal" in Europe. To receive any satellite tv in europe you need a more advanced device. The 1seg signal for PSP/Cellphones was made specially for that and works very differently than normal ones.

  • Oh yeah that´s ALWAYS the SAME SHIT with SOny. They´re only caring about you the Japanese... What about us?! We are THEIR customers TOO! They can´t just bring it out EXCLUSIVELY in JAPAN. If you got that i want that to as a PSP user. That´s why i payed for that fucking piece of plastic over 200 €. If i pay so much for some plastic i want to get everything there is for it and not be the last bitch...

  • Dude you don't get it.. the 1seg signal already existed in Japan before the psp tuner, it's nothing related to SONY. The ones at fault are the other countries for staying way behind in technological advances and implementation. There's no way they can make a tiny satellite tuner for normal broadcasts in the US/Europe; they took advantage of the already existing 1seg in Japan which was perfect for this.

  • I allready got it man. I know what you mean but it just seems like we´re always fucked by our own "technological advantage" (european/us). Anyway thanks for your explanation. Sorry to Sony for that one...

  • yep it sucks, we are always left behind when it comes to tech stuff.

  • JUst be thankful that u have a psp ^^

  • i agree wit u they complain to much

  • It might be coming to the US since were all going fully Digital next year and they better put digital signals in the tv towers etc.

  • Not gonna happen. We are all digital in Europe and still have no seg1 signal. In Japan they use it for both cellphones and psp.

  • will it work on singapore?

  • it won't

  • En Brazil tambien existe 1SEG y funciona bien como en Japan, pero no se com descargarlo.1Seg does work in Brazil too, but how can you download it in a PSP?

  • Download? You must use the PSP TV Tuner

  • can you use this in America? plz comment back

  • yah u could just buy a lacation free player for your house and hook it up and u can go anywhere with the psp tv tuner and watch your own tv from your house its about 80 $ on ebay but its worth it and its made by sony

  • you can only use 1seg with the psp tv tuner

  • Location Free player works via your wifi connection and it shows you the tv that is running from your location free base which is attached to your tv and I think you need a PS3 for that. But you don't need a one seg tv tuner for location free.

  • Yeah only Japan, I doubt there will ever be seg1 in Europe

  • so it only works in japan? will it work in europe?

  • Yeah. it can also be tuned in cellphones

  • wait so its free tv?

  • Yep Japan owns

  • you are lucky while you are living in japan just what i say i love japan sooooo much because they made the wonderfull psp slim and lite and owners of the psp just be lucky to have that litle sweet thin i love my psp

  • where did you hear that?

  • I heard that there is going to be a 1Seg TV Satelite, so you can watch anywhere in the world, maybe with your PSP too because it has the 1Seg signal.

  • no, only works in japan

  • i have japan psp does on it

  • does it play english tv

  • hahaha we have here in the phill

  • doubt it

  • it might be in america in 2009 when digital broadcast is out

  • Works in Brazil too.

  • huh?

  • has any that is from america done this i dont under stand this sh**

  • bought it in Tokyo

  • where did you get the tv tuner at ?
