Yeah, you could be right. Except not really. xDD since one of them was doing half the moves backwards. But during the parts they were doing right, they were pretty good.

Still, I can't get over Haruhi running THROUGH the dancers at 0:20 to grab the wrong person. xDD I mean... we ttly should've done a redo just cuzza that... I would've if I'd made such a big mistake.

Oh well. ^^;; It was, afterall, for fun. Might as well screw around a little.

*nod* I'm not sure what happened exactly. Karlee (DESU's Mikuru) told me that Celine (the Yuki) ended up learning the song mirrored so they were trying to accomodate her, but I still don't understand why they didn't at least have the person dancing Yuki's part in the correct place.

While we were dancing, I was busy facing the camera, so I actually never noticed they had the set up wrong until I saw the video. XD

Also, some parts Yuki did correctly and some not. xD It really confused me, actually.

Anyway, thankyou for your comment and I really appreciate the compliments. Me and the girls have spent a /lot/ of time practicing the Hare Hare Yukai, and still we're not perfect, but hell, at least we put on a show. =D

Ok, i think your taking it a little to far, aside from Yuki and Mikuru (DESU) being on the wrong sides and Yuki(Desu) being mirrored i think DESU is the obvious winners, DESU were more in synch together, which makes a BIG diffrence in appeal, also SOSBrigadez seemed to have a harder time with transitions from one step of the dance to another

Personally, I think SOS was a lot more in sync. We didn't execute the moves quite so... exhuberantly, but we all danced with the same overall intensity, whereas, with DESU, there was karlee who danced at about SOS's level, Mary, who was just bouncing those moves off like a robot, and Celine who was doing things right half the time and wrong the other half.

And, sorry, but doing half having Haruhi run THROUGH mikuru and yuki and then walking her around the short way killed it right there.

You have to admit, running the wrong direction and cutting through the dancefloor is just about the biggest mess-up you can make when dancing the hare hare yukai.

We don't all do the steps at the beginning and single moves at the end, but, in the original hare hare yukai video it doesn't show all three girls at once during those parts so, technically, there is no right or wrong way of doing that.

DESU chose to have all three do all three parts, and we split it up. That doesn't make us worse.

I think that desu had more energy in their moves. They were sharper in their turns, and actually moved their hips. Also, the clapping was in time on DESU's parts.

Both of you did well, I just think SOS needs to put a bit more energy behind it.

I think maybe the music added later is a little bit off, but it's hard to say.

Anyway, we probably were off at parts, but on the whole we were definitely VERY in-sync. That's what practicing as much as we do does.

I mean, I'd rather have a group that's in sync and makes it look good, getting the moves down right than a group that focuses on nailing the moves perfectly but ends up being all over the place. We're just consistent is all. ^^

From my experience watching the dance, I saw several mistakes on both sides. However, overall I'd say that the SOSBrigadez did better in my opinion. And that isn't bias, I believe the SOSBrigadez did a really good job of staying together throughout almost the entire song and made fewer mistakes. However, I did think that DESU's members did fairly well, except maybe for the girl doing Yuki's part... to me, it just didn't seem like she was feeling it. If you can't feel it don't dance it. Well, IMO

Thankyou for the compliments. We used to practice dancing together nearly EVERY DAY after classes, which is why we're usually in sync. All that practicing pays off, eh?

I think maybe Celine, the girl on the far right who's dancing Yuki's part even though she's in Mikuru's spot, might have learned the Hare Hare Yukai from an unmirrored version,. It would explain why some of her moves are backwards. :/

A lot of people make the mistake of learning from an unmirrored version. Even I did when I first learned the Hare Hare Yukai. It's tricky. X3

I just pointed out the mistakes I saw. I avoided the ending portion because not only is it terribly difficult but there were multitudes of mistakes on each side. I was just giving a helpful critique, this way, for future reference, both of our groups can try our best not to repeat those mistakes.

And the raiot of mistakes was 6/9 - SOS/DESU

And it was fun, I really enjoyed it, and still do. It's a good vid and i'm glad we made it. ^^
